Shortly after passing through 2 level bridges and approx 200 yards past the Tarka Trail, take the left hand turning signposed Peters Marland/Shebbear and continue on this road until you reach a sharp right hand turning at Shebbear Cross and indicating left, proceed straight ahead, following this road for a short distance, where the property will be found on the right hand side.
