Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I fell inlove with the first studio here and have been a tenant for a year. The location is central, but set apart enough that I almost forget I’m in the city. I love the park 2 minutes down the road, proximity to places like Harbourne, city centre, jewellery quarter, Mailbox… amazing location. Great facility for parking as well which was really important for me. The team are also really helpful and it truly is more like a community. Amenities are great for professionals, with the booths, working spaces, fitness room etc. I’m just in process of renewing/upgrading so that should tell you all there is to know. I’ll be sad the day I have to leave this place!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly. May take a little while like days/or maybe a week to get it sorted but not noticed too much of a delay.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Consider which direction suits you. I face the main road where the traffic lights are and can get busy. Definitely not a deal breaker but it can get a bit noisy if windows are open. Just depends on tolerance to city noises. I’m good but some may take a minute to get used to it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Corkfield is perfectly situated between shops, Birmingham City Centre and even directly opposite Edgbaston Cricket Ground. Although on a busy road the flats are really quiet. Bin collections regular and well managed too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond very quickly and efficiently. Solutions in the short and long term are always found.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartment has loads of good features around heating, air quality etc through apps. I would recommend working these out when you move in!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Only buses and taxis are available for public transport but cheap to get into town if required. I have one parking space but when visitors come there is rarely a parking space available for them. From my apartment, I cannot hear any traffic or outside noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been available straight away with any requests I may have and have taken the time to explain different features of my apartment

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The team were very open with any questions I asked.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

+ Calm area, especially for those facing the garden. + Easy access to the city center by bike or bus.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The online ticketing system is very helpful, and responses are received within a few days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

+Good neighbors and staff are suitable for those who are distant from their families. +There are appropriate rooms available for hosting parties, studying, working, and communicating in the lobby.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good Points: - Modern - Well Equipped - Nice communal areas - Secure Bad Bits: - Apartment can be cold as the two small radiators are not able to warm the place up correcly - Parking is payable. No free parking option with the apartments -Storage options are payable but not too expensive - Functional rooms can be used only if you pay

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is friendly and responded to my requests right away every time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been nice to know the prices of different parking options and storage options.
