The Forum is the perfect home from home for all University students and particularly those travelling to Addenbrookes. The site is situated in a residential area close to supermarkets. Tenancies are 11 months from 14/9/2025- 13/8/2026. The rent includes electricity, gas (where applicable), water, communal area Tv license and Wifi. Outside, The Forum offers several well-maintained areas, perfect for alfresco studying, as well as several secure cycle storage areas. The Forum also has limited gated parking spaces, costing £25 a month.

The flats range in size and layout. Each flat contains a kitchen with fridge/freezer(s), sink, hob and oven. A real bonus is that each kitchen contains a dishwasher. The 5-bedroom flats provide great communal spaces allowing any flat social night to be possible. Bedroom doors are fitted with an individual lock-suite providing privacy and security. Bedrooms contain a bed and mattress, wardrobe or hanging rail and a chest of drawers and desk. Many rooms also feature additional storage drawers or shelving units too. Communal coin operated laundry machines are located in the main part of the building. Our rents are per room and do vary.
