5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Well situated in Hove near local shops, pubs and restaurants. The development is very quiet in the evenings, and despite being near the train line the trains cannot be heard when the windows are closed. The only downside is the lack of parking space, and what is available is quite expensive.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues to date that have required maintenance response, everything here is new and just works like it should
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking spaces within the development are quite hard to secure

3Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Look, Moda is great but what goes behind the scenes is not great. The receptionists Nate and Shannon are absolutely lovely and do their best. The leasing people are extremely unhelpful and rude. The leasing manager especially. They are helpful when you pay for the first time but act oblivious to the issues you may be experiencing once you’ve moved in. I would recommend they take a business cultural communications class so that they learn how to respond to emails in a cordial and understanding way
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. With any minor issues yes - they are quick to pick things ups. Massive shout out to Nate and Shannon!!! Leading managers take note as they are great with Comms
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That they would start charging for visiting parking, yes even those with blue badge has to pay!!!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Hove Central is in a fantastic location — just minutes from the beach and Hove Station. There are plenty of nice cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The area feels safe and quiet, with good transport links and easy access to Brighton city centre. I’ve never had issues with noise or anti-social behaviour, and bin collections have always been on time.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always been responsive, polite, and quick to help. Any issues I reported were handled efficiently and professionally. Communication was clear, and they always followed up to make sure everything was resolved properly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how warm the apartments can get in the summer — the big windows are beautiful but also bring in a lot of heat. Bringing a good fan is a must! Other than that, everything has been smooth and as expected.
Manager's response5Dear Hatice Thank you for your very insightful & lovely review. We are delighted you are loving living the Moda life. Thank you also for the great comments about the team, responsiveness & helpfulness, I have shared this with them.
