At Edil Costa Sardalie, we prioritise the energy efficiency of our properties. All buildings are equipped with energy-saving heat pumps for state-of-the-art air-to-water heating and cooling systems and for hot water preparation. Our properties are certified in the highest energy class A.

Original design

All our properties are made from the highest quality materials. Design elements such as handmade wall lights, juniper panelling and individual furniture make each house unique. The large double-glazed windows and aluminium sliding doors are manufactured locally. Large-format wall and floor tiles made of rectified porcelain stoneware in combination with lime-based interior plaster give each property a unique and recognisable identity.
