    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Hove Central is in a fantastic location — just minutes from the beach and Hove Station. There are plenty of nice cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The area feels safe and quiet, with good transport links and easy access to Brighton city centre. I’ve never had issues with noise or anti-social behaviour, and bin collections have always been on time.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The building management has always been responsive, polite, and quick to help. Any issues I reported were handled efficiently and professionally. Communication was clear, and they always followed up to make sure everything was resolved properly.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known how warm the apartments can get in the summer — the big windows are beautiful but also bring in a lot of heat. Bringing a good fan is a must! Other than that, everything has been smooth and as expected.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    Excellent facilities with a Lidl and Waitrose close by for groceries, and TK Max was also very useful for household stuff when I first moved in. And a beautiful park with every sporting facility just over the road. Very quiet generally too.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    I had a handful of things that needed fixing in the first month I was here. I reported them on the Moda App that all residents have access to, and all the problems were fixed within 24 hours.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I'd recommend anyone moving in to find out about the various WhatsApp chat groups for residents. I only found out about them by accident after a month here. There's a lot of socialising going on here that isn't advertised on the official Moda App.

    This part of Hove is a fantastic area. Close to the beach and local shops. Only drawback is the noise from the trains going over the bridge. But a minor thing that you get used to.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The service is incredible. If ever you have any issues, they're right onto it.

    Nothing to add here. It has been as I had hoped and expected.
