DESCRIPTION
Mid Byers Cottage sits back from a small road with a gravelled path leading to the front door. There is parking at the front and scope for further parking along the side of the building. The cottage opens into a large entrance hall/dining room in the centre of the property with an open fire set across the corner of the room. To the right, there is a large bedroom with light from both north and south facing windows and a wood burning stove. To the left of the dining hall is the recently modernised bathroom, and the sitting room with wood burning stove. This leads through to the kitchen and back door.

Follow this road past the signs for Kirkton of Balmerino and then Balmerino for approximately 2 miles, Mid Byres Cottage is the middle cottage on the right on a left hand corner.
