The units lie to the north of the Gorse Hill estate and occupy a position on the south-side of Boston Road. The site benefits from being in close proximity to the A46 trunk-road, which in turn provides access to J21A of the M1 motorway (south only) at 4 miles, and J22 at 6.5 miles. The A46 also facilitates a direct route into Nottingham.
