We are a Housing Association and the landlord however this is a private rented let from us. We do not offer evening, weekend or virtual viewings. Viewings must be made in person, we do not accept third party viewings. If you request a viewing, you will be contacted to arrange a mutual date and time for a viewing subject to letting officers availability.

Applicants must undergo and successfully pass referencing, You will be required to pay 1 month's rent in advance and the rent deposit at the time of sign up. A holding fee is also required if we accept you to take to reference. Please note we do not accept Guarantors. All our lets are on a 12 month bases and thereafter a rolling month by month tenancy. We are looking for long term tenants.

Priority will be given to those you can take the tenancy once referencing is complete and the property is ready for re-let. We cannot hold the property - please only apply if you can take the tenancy within the timeframe, meet the affordability/ criteria, have no CCJ's within the past 2 years, been bankrupt, have the funds available to pay the rent in advance and the deposit.
