Set in the small village of Latsida, Agios Nikolaos, Crete this is a 2 bedroom house with a 1 bedroom guest apartment.
Latsida is very close to the small town of Neapolis, Crete where there are many shops, super markets, banks, post office, hospital and other services and amenities. There are also a couple of good taverns in the village as well as a small super market.

The house is just a few meters off the center of the village.
It consists of two buildings which both stand on two floors.

The main house comprises on the ground floor of a single bedroom, a small sitting room, a bathroom (equipped both with bath and vanity shower) and a double bedroom.
A wooden staircase leads from the sitting room to the 1st floor.
On this floor there are a cozy living room and a fully fitted kitchen. In front of both is a large balcony with nice views of the village and the surrounding mountains.

The smaller building consists on the ground floor of a one bedroom apartment, complete with a living room with kitchenette, a single bedroom and a toilet.
On the 1st floor there is a large room which is currently being used as an office by the owner but could also easily be used as an extra bedroom.
Between the two buildings there are two storage rooms.

The house is sold furnished.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 40 mins away from the international airport of Heraklion.
Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbour, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a modern European town.

The house is just over ten minutes drive to the town of Agios Nikolaos, Crete and numerous sandy beaches.
The international airport of Heraklion, Crete which has regular flights to most major European airports through the year is only a 40 minute drive from Latsida.
