From Corum's office on Hyndland Road, head north and turn left at the traffic lights onto Great Western Road. Continue on Great Western Road, turn right onto Dorchester Avenue, and at the roundabout, take the first exit onto Ripon Drive. Continue on Ripon Drive as it becomes Penrith Drive, and number 53 will be found on the right hand side.
