Reservation Process
To secure a hut, a £1,800 deposit (inclusive of VAT) is required. If you decide to withdraw, half of the deposit is refundable. Once confirmed, you may select your preferred hut from the remaining available options.
Upon completion, the remaining £29,200 will be payable via your chosen solicitor to finalise the purchase.

NEW Buyer Incentive 
If you rent the beach hut for the season (April to October) at a cost of £600, you will have the option to purchase it at the end of the season, with the rental fee deducted from the purchase price.
