Designed by Norwich-based architects Chaplin Farrant, these contemporary beach huts are arranged across two levels, partially south-facing to maximize sunshine throughout the day. Their eastward-facing rooftops symbolize Lowestoft’s position as the UK’s most easterly location, inspiring their unique new name.

Dimensions: 2.08m x 2.03m (interior)
Sun Terrace: Double doors open to a 1.59m deep terrace for year-round enjoyment.
Construction: Built by reputable local firms MS Oakes & PJ Spillings.
Utilities: No mains electricity, gas, or water; however, drinking water standpipes are available nearby.

Lease Details
• Purchase Price: £30,000 (inclusive of VAT at 20% from April).
• Ground Rent: £850 per annum plus VAT (20% from April), payable at lease commencement.
• Lease Term: 15 years.
• Heads of Terms: Available upon request.

Reservation Process
To secure a hut, a £1,800 deposit (inclusive of VAT) is required. If you decide to withdraw, half of the deposit is refundable. Once confirmed, you may select your preferred hut from the remaining available options.
Upon completion, the remaining £29,200 will be payable via your chosen solicitor to finalise the purchase.

NEW Buyer Incentive 
If you rent the beach hut for the season (April to October) at a cost of £600, you will have the option to purchase it at the end of the season, with the rental fee deducted from the purchase price.
