The chimney breast in the Dining Room has been fully prepared for the installation of a multi-fuel stove. All that would be required to fit a stove would be the installation of a flue liner between chimney cowl and register plate, and a hearth.

The Kitchen is large with excellent storage and space for three integrated or free-standing appliances. It has a large Pantry storage space, which has been insulated, with new flooring and decor.

The rear yard has been flagged and is clean and presentable. An outside tap has been fitted, together with a new high quality gate. Security lighting is in place at the rear, together with a power socket at high level, to make it easy to add CCTV or more lighting.

The house would be perfect for a family, a first time buyer and a shared home. Inter-linked mains smoke and heat alarms with battery backup, have been fitted within every room, making the house a great option for a homeowner wishing to share their home with tenants. With the addition of fire-doors, the house could be operated as a four-bedroom HMO, for which no license is required.
