The apartment *Ca's Maria* has a spacious living area, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. *Ca's Maria* can be connected to the fourth apartment, which provides a living room with American kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. All apartments have their own entrance and both ground floor apartments are also wheelchair-friendly designed. On the property you can find a bodega, a water tank, several covered parking spaces and another studio apartment. Thanks to the size of the property (10,000 m²), you will always find a place to relax in the ecological gardens with its numerous fruit trees and enjoy a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountain Teide. Guaza is a small town in the south of Tenerife just a few minutes from Los Cristianos. There you can find various shopping possibilities, restaurants and bars. Also a hiking route to the nature monument Montaña de Guaza can be explored here. The southern airport is reachable in a good ten minutes’ drive and if you are a golfer you can find four golf courses (Golf del Sur, Golf Playa de las Américas, Los Palos and Amarilla Golf) in the immediate proximity.
