There are three ground floor bedrooms, one en suite and a shower room. On the first floor there is a landing with eaves cupboards, three bedrooms and a bath/shower room.

Outside, a private driveway leads to the front of the barn where there is a gravelled parking area, a double garage and door to the house. There is a further entrance on the other side of the building leading to the front of the house. The garden is easily maintained with a raised lawn and laurel hedging and lovely views over open fields.

Agents note: There is a management company to look after the costs of the driveway, klargester, grass verges and communal areas. The charge is about £100 per month. Klargester shared by the 5 properties and situated in one corner of the garden of Number 1 screened by laurel hedging and is serviced annually.

Manuden is a very popular and attractive North West Essex village with local facilities including a school, inn and garage and is situated approximately 3 miles north west of Bishop’s Stortford where extensive amenities are available.
