Ownership details

Owner occupation
In order to maximise the investment return, owners are allocated a number of usage nights per calendar year where they are entitled to occupy their residence or an apartment within the residence.

This countryside residence can be used by the owner for up to 60 bedroom usage nights per year, which includes breakfast in the clubhouse, concierge and housekeeping facilities.

Owners are not required to pay any nightly accommodation tariffs during these stays.

If an owner wishes to exceed their bedroom usage nights, they must pay for any additional nights. Such additional usage nights will be provided at an exclusive discounted rate and therefore further reducing annual rental yield generated by the residence.

In addition, even when not staying at their residence owners are entitled to year round usage of clubhouse facilities (including pool, gym and wellness) free of charge.

Owners can host and entertain additional day guests at the residence and clubhouse (even on track days such as F1 if staying at their residences).

Please note: certain high demand events such as the F1 require a minimum number of night stay usage and are calculated at a higher number of bedroom usage nights.

Rental income
When not in use by the owner, the property becomes part of Silverstone’s guest accommodation portfolio run as a 5* hotel, generating revenue that is shared with you while all associated costs are expertly managed.

Silverstone Estates manage the owner’s residences and the clubhouse facilities as a luxury hotel complex and handle and all room bookings and guest concierge service.

Owners returns
The owners returns are based on a % share of gross room revenue.

The balance of rental income is retained by Silverstone Estates to cover the costs of running the resort and maintaining a sinking fund for future repairs and renewals.

There are no annual service charges, utility bills, management fees, nor any other costs to be paid by the owners.

100% of the running costs are covered by the management company.

The owner’s return will be paid quarterly in arrears and the management company will provide an audited statement in each instance.

Ownership Structure
