Alcabideche is a parish of Cascais with a history of roman and moor occupation, know at the time by its water sources. It is now known by its windmills and preserved historical heritage.

Cascais is located in the Southwest end of the Lisbon peninsula. Once a fishermen town, it became a prime holiday destination for European nobility.
