5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
it's a very quiet neighborhood. The only amenities are the COOP and the Gym. I did read that eventually that there will be an addition of a new clinic on or by the COOP which will make it easier and more convenient to see a doctor. There is only one restaurant near by, but Huntingdon is close by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management replies quickly either by phone or email to any problems or issues that we have encountered.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We were shown several different models and each had their own pluses and minuses. There seems to be plenty of options depends on your families needs and requirements.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Co-op is super close, made last minute grocery shopping very easy. The local restaurant, Bohemia, closed unfortunately but having the co-op is nice. Alconbury village is relatively close by.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I've only really communicated through email but every time I needed to contact Joe, he was responsive within a day and made it easy to call if I needed to.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is a food truck that often goes next to the co-op most weekend evenings and there is a sushi set up at the community center on the weekend!

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s a welcoming and peaceful environment. While I wish there were more shops, cafes, pubs, and better public transport links, the nearby Co-op is quite convenient. The gym is close by as well, but it's a bit small, and I find it expensive for the space and little equipment it offers. I wish it were more spacious.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they have been quick to address any problems we've had, and if there were any delays, they’ve kept us informed and asked for our understanding.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Knowing more about the public transport limitations, the gym and ongoing construction nearby would have been helpful, but with the area still developing, I expect this will improve over time.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The good part is that it has a local store where we can get things from and they open for long hours everyday of the week. The open spaces are nice and serene, for the transport links, I am not too sure because I drive but I think I see some buses coming around. There is a plan to have more shops and restaurants in the offing and overall it has an excellent parking availability, bin collection and there is not anti social behaviour or traffic noises. Overall, its a lovely place.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes they have promptly seen to it or asked for our understanding if there is a delay.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not knowing about the details regarding public transport in the area
