Since joining the team in February 2013 Lauren has become an integral part of the business. Franchise owner Elizabeth overseas the management of the office and the team, handling the office accounts and processing receipt of rents and passing payments to Landlords. Landlord payments are completed at least twice weekly to ensure there are no delays in passing received rents across.
