The historic hamlet consisting of a handful of buildings is situated on a gentle hill near Arezzo, embedded in the typical Tuscan landscape of vineyards, olive groves, pine forests and fields of sunflowers. It is located on one of the wine roads of the Chianti Colli Aretini area. The nearby river Arno divides the hills of Arezzo from the mountain massif of Pratomagno to the north, to which there is a beautiful view.

The property comprises the main building of the small hamlet. Its historical architectural classification is "Villa Fattoria" and it is one of the last manor houses in the area. The central part of the villa is a tower from the 12th century, with later added wings from the 18th century.
A park to the northwest of the villa and two outbuildings to the southeast of the villa complete the property.
