On this floor, there is a traditional barbecue with a Spanish fireplace and a functional sink, and the fourth bathroom, which also houses the pumping system. Surrounding the pool are raised flowerbeds to add a touch of color to the terrace. All of these rooms and the outdoor area, including the pool, are perfect for renting if you're looking for a B&B, as they have access to the dining room without having to navigate the entire house.
