A new modern bathroom comprises hand basin and bath with shower over and the toilet is located in a separate room just next door.

Longfellow Avenue itself is close to local schools such as Widcombe Primary, Beechen Cliff, Ralph Allen and Hayesfield, and just a short downhill walk to the local shops and businesses on the Bear Flat, with the city centre being just a slightly longer walk away.
