Crow Road Wood offers the opportunity to purchase a compact block of amenity woodland extending to approximately 3.50 hectares (8.64 acres). Planted as an ornamental woodland, it provides an array of both broadleave and conifer species such as Silver Birch and Scots Pine. The woodland is approximately 20-25 years old and has been used for occasional sporting and amenity purposes.

Crow Road Wood is located approximately 6 miles north west of Dundee, accessed 1 mile east of the A90. Located in close proximity to Dundee and other towns and villages in Angus, it is extremely accessible for those who are looking to invest in woodland.

Following the Dundee Kingsway West, take the exit towards Birkhill. At the Cupar Angus interchange take the third exit onto the Coupar Angus Road/A923 and follow for approximately 2.3 miles, before turning left and continuing for a further 2.2 miles. Take the right signposted Lundie Castle and follow for 0.7 miles, before turning left and continuing for a further 0.3 miles. Finally turn right and after 1 mile the woodland is then accessed via a shared farm track to the south west.
