The property extends in total to approximately 7.27 acres (2.94 hectares) and comprises a single enclosure of gently sloping permanent pasture, which features some steeper terraces that lead down towards a spring. To the south of the holding is a small stand of woodland, which we understand was planted in the early 1980’s, and comprises of a mixture of species, including conifers, Poplar and Beech. The land is predominately enclosed with mature hedgerow boundaries with various mature hedgerow trees and some stock proof fencing.

Located on the land is a useful three bay Dutch barn (14.00m x 9.50m) beneath a curved roof, with lean to extensions (14.00m x 6.60m and 14.00m x 6.30m) which are constructed on the south eastern and north western elevations. The building is predominately enclosed with corrugated iron cladding and spaced timber board elevations and under a mono pitched box profile roof. Internally, the building has an earth floor.
