What the owner says....

We’ve absolutely loved living in this house—it’s been a calm, beautiful space to come home to. The garden is one of our favourite parts: south-west facing, it gets sunlight all day which was so important for us and the sunsets can be stunning, especially with the sea views from every room in the rear of the house. Inside, we’ve completely refurbished to a high standard, and while it’s already a lovely place to live, there’s full planning permission for a roof conversion and ground floor extension if someone wants even more space or to take full advantage of the beautiful views. The location has been perfect for us—great schools just around the corner, the town centre and local shops in easy walking distance, and quick access to both the motorway and train station when we need to travel to London for work. It’s been a brilliant place to live, and we hope someone else will love it just as much as we have.
