Description

"This flat has been the perfect first home for me, being ideally located close to North Street, the city centre and Temple Meads. I have loved completely redecorating the flat over the last few years, with it now feeling like a light, modern and calming space. Despite being centrally located, the flat is really quiet and gets direct sunlight for most of the day, which makes it really bright and warm. I will very much miss the convenience of the location!"

Doudney Court sits on the edge of Bedminster, right where Southville and Redcliffe meet. Step out of the main entrance and turn left to find the shops and cafés of Bedminster Parade and East Street, with this flat conveniently close to The Bristol Loaf and Apostrophe. East Street leads on to North Street, South Bristol’s buzzing hub, home to popular restaurants like Other, Cor, and Kitchen by Kask, as well as some of the city’s best coffee spots including Sweven, Albatross Café, and Nook. Crossing the river from Doudney Court, you’re just minutes from everything Bristol City Centre has to offer. For those working in the city, the commute by foot or bike is quick and easy, while Temple Meads Station is just a 15-minute walk away. Just across the river to the left lies the high-end development 'The General', home to the Michelin-starred Paco Tapas and the riverside favourite The Ostrich. A little further on, you'll find Wapping Wharf, filled with a fantastic mix of eateries, independent shops, and harbour views.

A tastefully styled two-bedroom flat, fully redecorated from top to bottom to create a bright yet cosy home. Tucked away from the bustle of the city, the property is accessed via the quieter Williams Street, where you’ll also find your secure, allocated parking space. Inside, the hallway opens into a generously sized open plan living and dining room, bathed in natural light from the double doors leading to a Juliette balcony. A standout feature of the space is the breakfast bar, beautifully crafted from reclaimed wood sourced from the Bristol Wood Recycling Project. To the left, the kitchen is fitted with modern integrated appliances, all thoughtfully styled to complement the flat’s warm, contemporary aesthetic. Further down the hallway, you’ll find a well-appointed three-piece bathroom, followed by two spacious double bedrooms. The main bedroom benefits from built-in storage, while the second bedroom is currently set up as a stylish and functional home office, complete with a bespoke desk and shelving to make the most of the space.
