This well presented second floor curved wall style apartment is located on Phase 2 of the Resort with its Jack Niklaus designed 18 hole, par 72 golf course, known as being one of the best courses in the area. The apartment is already registered with the Tourism Office of Murcia and the Guardia Civil for short term holiday rentals.The apartment is accessed via a lobby entrance leading to the spacious kitchen and lounge.The kitchen is equipped with a range of floor and wall mounted units to each side with ample workspace, oven, hob, extractor and appliances.The lounge dining area is of the CURVED WALL DESIGN, with bi-folding doors that open fully leading out to the main terrace with pergola over.
