The flat feels big, bright, and spacious. Being on the top floor adds an extra sense of safety and creates a peaceful, quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle. I especially love that there’s green space right on the doorstep. There’s just the right amount of storage too, which has been really practical. The location is great, with The Shinfield Arms just around the corner, Asda close by, and now the new Lidl adding even more convenience and easy access to Reading and the M4.

Step inside and you'll see the nice hard flooring running through and in the hallway you have two big storage cupboards. There is a huge main bedroom with fitted storage which is a lovely added bonus. The bathroom is neatly tucked to one side with a big kitchen the other leading through to the newly refurbished kitchen which was done in the last couple of years. This space is great and has skylights making it so bright and airy.

The whole apartment has has been refreshed by the current owners over the last couple of years and is decorated well so is perfect to just move straight into!
