5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development is just at the edge of coals drop yard and the King’s Cross Related Argent estate and benefits from all its top quality facilities to include state of the art security ( both Manned and Unmanned ) .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues are listened to with care , either promptly resolved or if /when immediate resolve is impossible an interim solution is being provided until a complete sensibly satisfactory resolution achieved .
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Author Benefits from an extremely sleek and attentive and professional/ experienced on site management team who are based at the building. The Front Desk / Concierge is the Hub for main resident and visitors. The front desk team correctly acts as interaction point and is manned by an extreme able , well trained and attentive personal . The level of of service by the team is exceptional ( to say the least) and the desk is covered 365/24/7 The core concierge team has two shift, well overlapped with seamless handover between the team members . The shifts are well managed where at “Rush hour “ ( 19:00-21:00) the night concierge and one of the day concierge are there together supporting each other . It is a pleasure to watch and well thought through . The team members act with integrity and inteligence and with sensible empowerment. The concierge team members ,during the day , Nelson ( who has been in the building since its opening and so familiar with everything ! ) , Afrah (with her charm and willingness ) Sergei ( a very experienced hotel concierge) and Cosmin ( with Natural calmness and assistance )are diversified and have complimentary skills between them working in harmony and efficiency sometimes at an extremely difficult situations . Absolutely superb and hard working team - each with their own strength who try best to work in harmony together Thank you The night shift run By Antony ( who has been in the building from he outset )and Edson who has recently joined and looks very promising . Night time management ( especially during the weekends ) can be extreme difficult but both Antony and now Edson ( makes the building feels extremely secure together with dealing with their other duties . I have seen Antony deals with most difficult situations during the night with stride which is commendable . Edson is a new addition to the team and looks very promising . The on-site management is making sure that if additional cover is needed when one of the core front desk team is away , it is always supervised by an existing experienced other team member. It is important to note that the common parts ( internally nd externally ) are well maintained and the house keeping internal team is extremely pleasant & managed well .

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I really like living in this area , there are plenty of nice places to eat and grab a coffee, plus good shops nearby for everyday stuff. The transport links are solid, with buses and trains not far away, so it’s easy to get around. It’s generally quiet and feels safe, and my street doesn’t get too noisy. Parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes, but it’s manageable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any time I’ve had an issue, the building management has been really responsive and helpful. Marija especially has been amazing, always friendly, quick to follow up, and genuinely caring. She makes a big difference in how supported I feel living here.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, nothing major stands out that I wish I’d known, it’s been a great experience overall. If anything, I’d just say how helpful and approachable the building team is, especially Marija, who really goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and looked after.

There are a lot of restaurants, bars and supermarkets at walking distance which is pretty convenient. There is no noise most of the time, but I can hear police sirens multiple times a day.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Excellent Transport Links: King’s Cross is one of London’s most connected areas. The station serves multiple Underground lines. Amenities: The neighborhood boasts a wide array of shops, restaurants, bars and one would say that Cost of Living: Living in King’s Cross comes with a premium price.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Efficiently. However, as with any development, experiences may vary depending on the specific issue and timing of the request The 24/7 concierge and on-site management team are so helpful
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
For a new neighbour, the best tip would be to take full advantage of the on-site amenities and connect with the concierge team—they’re often helpful in making daily life easier! Anthony and the night guys
