I have really loved loving on Brook Road, it is a really friendly and quiet road considering it is in the heart of Fishponds. It has a real community vibe and people look out for each other on the street. You're also so close to everything you could need on the high street and lots of decent pubs and cafes.
The house has been loved and well cared for, it has gorgeous Victorian features and the garden in the summer is a great space for entertaining, which we have loved.
The tall ceilings would make it an ideal candidate for a loft conversion if you did want to extend.
