The beaches of the Mar Menor are 20 mins away, as is Murcia International Airport. Alicante Airport is within an hour. There is nothing locally on the market with this spec and price for a penthouse with large roof solarium! This is a must for a viewing. The resort has a tennis court, gym, bowling green and multi-purpose pitch as well as multiple pools. If you are looking for a low-priced yet high spec property on a quieter resort but within a very short driving distance of towns/beaches/Golf Courses/Airport you should view this!
