The hall gives internal access to the utility room and double garage and has space for coats under the stairs that rise to the main accommodation on the upper ground floor.

At the top of the stairs, the doors to the front and left lead into the L-shaped living area, with bedrooms and bathrooms to the right. The wood-effect laminate flooring continues into the dining area where French doors open out to the deck in the main garden. The sitting room within this L-shaped space has an original open fireplace with hearth, and a verdant outlook from the large windows, encompassing mature trees and a view along the southern ridges of the Malvern Hills.
