The house, built in 1995 and completely renovated just three years ago, is distributed between the first and second floors.
The entrance leads to the garage and the staircase leading to the upper floors. On the first floor, we find a large living room with a fireplace opening onto a balcony, in the same space, a modern open-plan kitchen, a toilet, and a space with a second fully equipped kitchen that, in addition to serving as a laundry room, can also be used as a pantry.
Both the kitchen and the laundry room open onto the patio equipped with a table and sofa for enjoying lunches and dinners al fresco.
On the second floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms: two with modern en-suite bathrooms and built-in wardrobes (the master bedroom offers a large bathroom). This floor also houses a third bathroom.
The heating and cooling system is wall-mounted split-type units.
A garage for one vehicle and two parking spaces in front of the house complete the property.
The house is just a few minutes' drive from Portal Nous, where you'll find schools, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, and all kinds of shops. The famous Puerto Portals is also very close by and is a hub of high-end shops, restaurants, and bars, a beautiful area for strolling. During the Christmas period, Puerto Portals hosts its legendary flea market, which has become a regular event for both island residents and tourists.
