  All of our tenants are professional working people or companies, they are then carefully selected and professionally referenced checked at their own cost via an external company which will include credit, employment/accountant and previous managing agent/ landlord checks.

 If required we will accompany every viewing and most importantly of all we will feedback to you straight afterwards as well as providing detailed reports on a weekly basis of all activity concerning your property.
