    Great space, filled with amenities. Parking, children play and easy access to main towns. Sally C at Leaf Living Bucklers Oark has been sensational!

    So far very quick and no complaints at my end so let’s hope it maintains

    Great neighbourhood with lots of character unlike many other new build developments. Love the woods around too.

    Silicone issue reported and was repaired next day, great service

    The estate is such a lovely place to live! The new pub which has recently opened has friendly, welcoming feel for families and we have been both during the day and evening. The coop on the estate is super convenient and offers a wide range of food and groceries, even selling ‘Cook’ luxury ready meals which can be a life saver on days when short for time. The park is amazing and the walk just on our doorstep such a luxury. My husband goes out running every morning around the woodland. We love living here as it is close to our gym up the road and many amenities close by.

    Any repairs we’ve needed have happened quickly. All staff are very friendly

    The blinds in the building could be of better quality.

    The estate is lovely, it has a great park for the kids, a Coop shop and new pub/restaurant built within the estate

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    The management team and more importantly Sally (Campbell) have been brilliant; quick to respond and very helpful.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The Yale doorbell system wasn’t able to be set up at move in due to a new lock being fitted the day before we moved in. Not a big issue and more important to have a working lock when we moved in.

    The development has a local Co Op which will be opening this week a bus route to the nearest towns and not to far a way a village with coffee shops and reataurants

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Couldn’t comment on this as at the moment we have not had any problems

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Remember if you are on a new build site that is still being developed the noise and dust from the building work. This doesn’t bother us as we are happy with our house but wanted to make people aware
