The property is situated within Beeston town centre, a short distance High Road, the main pedestrianised shopping area.
This central location means easy access to Beeston's excellent range of shopping facilities; Sainsburys, Tesco and Lidl supermarkets in addition to some excellent quality local greengrocers, butchers and fishmongers. There are also specialist Asian grocers and stores selling food from all around the world.
The location is accessible for students studying at the University of Nottingham (the West Entrance is 10 minutes walk) and Central College (Beeston campus is approx 15 mins walk).
The Middle Street tram stop is immediately to the front of the property connecting with the South and East Entrances to University Park, QMC, Jubilee Campus and City Centre in one direction and Central College in the other.
There are also regular bus services (every 5 or so minutes) leaving close to the property connecting with Nottingham College, TUNIC, Nottingham University and the City Centre.
