Leave the A38 Expressway at Drumbridges, go towards Bovey Tracey at the first roundabout take the second left, go on to the next roundabout turn left, at the next road junction keep on the right and go up to Manaton, turn right into the village, park in the car park and walk to the entrance to Lot 1 or continue up the road, bear right into Slinkers Lane and walk to the entrance, gate to Lot 2 the wood and Lot 3 the two fields of rough pasture.

Identification, Bidding and Payment

Any person wishing to bid must provide proof of identity by presentation of a current driving licence or passport and a recent utility bill at least 24 hours before the auction and in addition complete the Identification form and the Political Contact form.
