Annual site fees vary depending on the size of the plot, location and size of holiday home ranging between £3330 - £3650 per annum.
Service charge - weekly £4.98
Site owners provide each holiday home owner with a detailed licence agreement. It is for 20 years from manufacture. After 20 years an annual inspection is required and the agreement is then renewed annually.
Utilities - All metered - Piped Gas, Electric and Water. Payments are made to site and they read the site owners read the meters every 6-8 weeks and invoice with the readings on so the owners can monitor there useage.
