Ricky's view - A driveway provides OFF-ROAD PARKING, I have been in the road at 9 and at 7pm and never struggles to park, most houses have driveways. Upstairs of the home has plenty of storage including built in wardrobes in the biggest and second bedroom, an airing cupboard off the landing as well as loft access. Double beds comfortably fit in the biggest and second bedroom.The bathroom is fully tiled and has a large window preventing damp and mould, in addition a large pedestal sink, low level WC, dolphin bath with overhead shower and heated towel rail are all found. Within a five minute walk you can be in open fields to walk the dog or enjoy some exercise. On the flip side you're a short stumble away from the The Crown to drink away something refreshing. Having to get through the school rush hour shouldn't be a thing here, as many primary and secondary schools are all within walking distance. Sainsbury's is a short drive away and convenience when forgetting any last minute ingredients. LOCAL SHOPS are a short walk away too, you will find a convenient store, couple of takeaway restaurants, pharmacy, as well as the doctors surgery.
