Each lake is documented as having carp greater than 50lbs with an average weight over 30lbs. In addition to the carp there are large cat fish in two of the lakes to over 150lbs and large sturgeon. The stock are meticulously managed across the complex throughout the year including over winter feeding programmes and restocking on an annual basis.

Each of the lakes are available for exclusive and non-exclusive hire with multiple made-up and well positioned swims around each of the lakes. Anglers have access to electricity and water at all swims and cabins on four of the lakes. In total there are 34 swims across the complex with 24 of these swims being good sized social double swims. Each of these swims has access to a good volume of fishing water.

The lake complex has a well prepared road around the perimeter of each lake with parking bays at each of the swims on each of the lakes

In addition to WC facilities on the lakes there is also a large purpose built shower block close to the entrance of the site providing showers, toilets and drinking water facilities.

Also at the entrance is 280m² construction that functions as the hub of the complex. This provides for registration on arrival, a fully equipped commercial kitchen for breakfast and evening meals, English style bar and a comprehensive and well stocked tackle shop for provision of baits, tackles, end-tackle and quality angling equipment.
