5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Really well accessible, and well resourced with the tesco and sainsburys nearby. It's fantastic to have Box Park and all of Croydon nearby as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, issues with the balcony door that has a dodgy seal. It's being looked into.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Perhaps about the length of time it's taken to fully build out all of the promised amenities.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It's a centrally located area with a lot of shops, restaurants, bars and parks within close proximity. Multiple bus routes get you practically anywhere in the city with the tram stop and Haymarket only 10 minutes away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The builiding management has been extremely quick to respond to any queries or maintainance requests I have raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I know it was mentioned during my property viewing but it would be a good idea to get in writting who the electricity and heating suppliers are - would have definetely helped me to calculate my monthly budget.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
My wife and I love living in the Alma in Aldgate. Commuting from here is incredibly easy with tube stops at Aldgate East, Aldgate, and Liverpool not far away. There are so many great, affordable restaurants nearby as well that we can easily walk to on Commercial St and Brick Ln. Great pubs as well, the Culpeper and the Buxton are our favorites.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are always responsive and do their best to address any issues that we’ve had right away.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Large Sainsburys, Waitrose, and Iceland supermarkets are all within easy walking distance from the Alma. Getting to Heathrow is super easy - from Aldgate East take the District line east to Whitechapel, then change to the Elizabeth line and head west to Heathrow. Usually takes about an hour.

The Arches, LE3
5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The property is well located within close proximity to the city centre, making it highly convenient for access to a wide range of shops, restaurants, and bars. There is a nearby shopping centre and food court offering a good variety of retail and dining options within walking distance. Transport links are strong, with regular bus routes and easy access to main roads, making commuting straightforward.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been responsive and efficient when dealing with any problems or issues raised. Communication is clear, and there is a consistent effort to acknowledge concerns promptly and provide updates where needed. Issues are typically resolved within a reasonable timeframe, and there is a visible willingness to support residents and maintain a good standard across the development. Overall, the approach feels organised and resident focused.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking can be a bit limited at peak times, so it’s worth planning ahead if you have a car. On the positive side, the convenience of having shops, restaurants, and transport links all within walking distance offsets this. I’d also recommend getting to know the building management early on, as they are approachable and helpful if anything comes up.
