The Opportunity

The business has been owned and operated by our client since purchasing the site in 1990. The site has extensively refurbished and extended throughout the vendor’s ownership, to offer various services such a MOT, Repair, car & Van sales along with fuel sales. The MOT, car sales and servicing side of the business represents circa 75% of the total turnover, the rest coming from fuel and shop sales. Growth could be made in this side of the business by expanding the current services to include such things as 24hr recovery, fabrication work and other associated car services.
