Vendor Comments
4 Dingle Court is a wonderful stepping stone property with access to so many local amenities, such as the Solihull shopping centre, Shirley retail park, and train routes direct to Birmingham or London. After growing up in Solihull, I always had a fondness for the area and loved walking through Tudor Grange Park or walking into Solihull for a coffee. There is a perfect contrast between nature and entertainment.
I bought this property as my stepping stone on to the ladder. I was drawn in by the private patio at the back facing the sunshine and the cosy fireplace in the lounge. It was very peaceful at Dingle Court, and the neighbours are so welcoming. As an anxious person, I could not have asked for a more comfortable or cosier place to start my independence. It is the perfect place to have a friend stay over after a night in Birmingham or a movie night at the local cinema.
There is plenty of storage space in the cupboard and fitted wardrobe. However, the garage is a bonus, so much available storage for all the camping gear, and an extra space to park the car overnight.
I really love this property, but my partner and I have decided to get a house together with our lovely Border Collie. I hope someone can love this hidden gem as much as I do.
