5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development area is fantastic, with only a 10 minute walk into the city centre. There is a brand new Cafe opening directly outside of the apartment blocks which is perfect for a morning coffee before my morning commute to work.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues/ queries responded to straight away without hesitation.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The surrounding area is not as much of an impact as first anticipated.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living here at Phoenix Altitude has so many plus points. We are only a 15 minute walk from the town centre of Leeds. There is everything you need or want, from coffee shops to huge shopping centres, you are never stuck for choice, food wise or entertainment. The bus station is only 10 minutes away and 20 minutes for the train station, so you are always connected to either the city or further afield. We are 5 minutes away from the co-op or Sainsbury's local so if you need something quick it's easy to get. If you have a dog there are so many areas to walk, you can walk to the canal or local parks. Parking however is restricted around the apartment building itself but you can opt to pay for parking through the apartment reception, this then gives you access to the underground secure car park ( highly recommend) Living at the apartment is great, when in your apartment you do not hear anything of the outside, when the windows are open you do hear the traffic coming and going and also the odd train but nothing is bad enough to close the windows. There are a lot of people coming and going from the apartments and also through traffic from people in the surrounding areas, going to school or local businesses. There is no anti-social behaviour that we have witnessed and feel very safe. There is sometimes rubbish that has been blown through but the staff are on top of this straight away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes we have had a few issues that were dealt with instantly
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Costing are difficult for the staff to tell you. Not their fault as things change all the time. Below are a rough guide to what you might pay. Electricity £95 per month approx Water £55 per month approx Council Tax £216 per month approx ( they are 3 months behind at the tax office so put this amount aside each month not to get caught out)

4Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Lack of local amenities and occasional antisocial behaviour. There is also an ambulance which can be quite noisy but you get used to it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly, even if the problem cannot be fixed straight away (this wasn't there fault it was due to an issue with a contractor) they still keep in contact and are reassuring.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It may sound silly but plug locations. I had to rearrange a lot when I moved in based on this.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Perfect location, 5 minutes away from everything you could need (bus station and shops etc). Never had any problems with anti social behaviour, everyone in the area is lovely.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They’re really quick with responding, our blind needed repairing and they came and fixed it the next morning.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only thing I can think of is that there’s no big supermarket near by. The closest would be Aldi which is about a 20 minute walk away or the Sainsbury’s on the Headrow. It’s not a big issue but something to bear in mind.

5Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The parking is great and there is a great range of shops nearby. The apartment is also very close to the city centre. The ambulances are quite loud and there are a few homeless people nearby but other than that it’s great.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The only time we’ve had an issue management responded straight away and it was fixed within a couple of hours.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Perhaps how loud and frequent the ambulances are as you can hear them through the windows.
