Henbury provides good access to major trunk roads such as the A4018, M4 and M5 motorways. It is located approximately two miles away from M5 junction 17 and five miles from the M4/M5 interchange. The front door leads to a shared hallway, with entrance door to Flat C on the right leading into the spacious sitting room with dining area in the large bay window to the front. There are picture rails around the room which has wooden flooring and an open fireplace, currently not in use. A door from the sitting room opens into the long hallway with doors to the bathroom, both bedrooms (one with en suite) and at the far end, the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with shaker style floor and wall units, a small breakfast seating area and door to the courtyard garden. The main bedroom is a generous size with en suite shower room which was fitted within the last few years. The second bedroom is currently used as an office and can accomodate a double bed. The property is one of the oldest in the area, and is part of the former Old Court House and police station.
