Snape is an attractive village lying equidistant between the larger market towns of Bedale and Masham, but also within close proximity to the A1 for easy access to the wider motorway network. Trains to Edinburgh and London run from Northallerton train station on a daily basis which is just 10 miles away.
Snape is a historic conservation village which is access via an imposing avenue of Lime Trees dating back to the 14th century with Snape Castle, once the home of Catherine Parr at the head of the village.
