A WORD FROM THE OWNERS...

We have loved calling Ritchings Avenue our home. Having moved from Hackney it was so nice to have the peace and calm of a detached house on such a quiet street. With no properties directly overlooking the garden, it is a particularly private and tranquil place. And the spacious bathroom is a real luxury! Having this but also being able to pop across the road for a coffee or glass of wine, and with the Blackhorse Road breweries just 5 minutes away, it feels you have the best of both worlds. Not to forget that you can get to zone 1 in 12 minutes on the tube! We will really miss living here.
