A short drive down the hill is lower Stalos, which consists of a busy tourist area along the beach with numerous shops, tavernas, cafes, restaurants, local transportation, hotels and many more.

The highway entrance is approximately 10 minutes from the plot, while Chania city center is just a 20 min drive. Shops and amenities are down the main road, less than a 5-min drive.
