Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best thing about Paradise View is its Prime location. Located at heart of Birmingham city center with just 5 minutes walk to Train station, city center and restaurants. One of the best place to live if you are living in Birmingham.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had an maintenance issuse (non emergency) and was responded to within 72 hours

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Rail track next to my window which causes noise when ever the train passes.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at Paradise View has been great. It’s so convenient to be right in the city centre, close to everything I need. Despite the central location, there’s no traffic noise in my room, and the social areas are quiet and peaceful—perfect for working from home or reading a book. One thing that could be improved is the bin collection; better management would really help. Also, finding a more efficient solution for the parking area would make things even better and more attractive for the future residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

"I haven't had any experience yet, but my neighbours said the response was really good and fast."

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, I’d appreciate more information about how the deposit is handled, upcoming payments, and how to sort out things like council tax, electricity, and general household responsibilities. I think the agency could consider being more flexible, even if someone’s annual income doesn’t exactly meet the requirements. I do understand the system, but offering alternative solutions could really help tenants manage things more smoothly—just a thought. That said, the agency has been very supportive, especially Ahmed. I’d definitely recommend Paradise View!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I'm glad I chose this location. The local area provides an easy access to shops, services, and transport links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I'm aware that the management is working on the issues, that are of concern to me.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Generally, easy access to everything really which is something I consider when deciding where to live.

    The Dalian, G2

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Dalian has such a convenient location, being so close to both the city centre and the west end of Glasgow. There are many transport links nearby including bus stops and train stations. There are plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars in the area. Despite being by the motorway, the traffic noise is quiet due to the triple glazed windows. The area is safe and the building is very secure!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When experiencing any issues, the management is very quick to look into the problem and resolve this for you. The management welcome feedback and are quick to act on this!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would be beneficial to see some photos of the amenities prior to moving in as this gives a more accurate vision of what to expect from Dalian!

    Clay Wembley, HA9

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is quiet and feels safe, but there’s not much selection when it comes to groceries, and there aren’t many affordable restaurants in the vicinity.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

For any onsite maintenance, they’re usually quite quick to respond.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the rent increase year on year would be so drastic. After all, they are a management company – they profit from tenants, they're not here to help you.
