    The area is great, the building is main issue. Its in the centre of the city and close to everything.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    they could not careless and this has been made clear by them.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    Inconsistent wifi, plumbing issues and noisy neighbours, management.

    Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

    We have been living in S1 for 9 months now and we couldn't be any happier. We have everything walking distance, from nice pub and restaurants to big supermarkets and the Moor market with fresh produce every day. There are several bus stops literally outside the main entrance and the train station is only a 10 min walk away. Pound's Park (our local park) is absolutely stunning in all seasons and very convenient to walk our dog every day. Despite all of this, the traffic noise is pretty much non existent. There is some anti-social behaviour, particularly at the weekend.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Issues are raised via an app and a maintenance appointment is scheduled at the earlier opportunity. All our issues have been resolved quickly and efficiently.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    I wish I had known that it wasn't safe to park my electric moped outside on the street. I asked KW to park it in the gated courtyard as a small favour but my request was rejected. My moped was vandalised and stolen so I wouldn't advise anyone to park their bike outside, even if it is secured with locks.

    We wanted to live in the heart of the city area of Sheffield for a long while and really enjoy it! Super convenient place to live, despite being so central the building is quiet and peaceful. Very happy we've moved here

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Very quickly and professionally, problems have been addressed within 24 hours

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The wifi has been quite difficult to adjust to, given some devices we own aren't fully compatible with a wifi you have to log into. However we've managed to connect them eventually

    For me there is no bad aspects on this place at all. The staff are amazing and friendly, and very helpful.

    if there is a problem with the building the management will respond very quickly, and with no problems.

    there is nothing that i would have wished for before i moved here.
